  • Pricing Information:
  • Weekend Rental (Friday and Saturday)
    • Base Rental Rate is $3,500.00 for seven hours. The seven-hour time frame must include two hours for vendor set-up, four hours for the event, and one hour for clean-up and load out. Under the base rate, the event must end by midnight with clean-up and load out completed by 1:00 a.m.
    • If more hours are needed, the rate is $300.00 per hour for every hour over the initial seven-hour time frame
    • Premium rates will be assessed if event, including clean-up and load out, concludes any later than 1:00 a.m.
    • Ceremony with reception is Base Rental Rate of $3,500.00 plus $1,000.00 for a total Rental Rate of $4,500.00
  • Higher rates may apply for holidays
  • Call for weekday, Sunday and corporate rates
  • Rates increasing for 2009 events
  • Deposit Information:
    • A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is due with signed contract to retain the space for the day of the event
    • A damage deposit of $300.00 is due 30 days before the event
    • The damage deposit is refunded in full if no damages, losses, or time overages occur
    • Any fees assessed for damages, losses, or time overages will be deducted from the damage deposit and any remaining balances will be refunded the week after the event
  • Payment Arrangements:
    • Installment schedule will be established for all remaining balances
    • Final payment will be due and payable 30 days prior to event
  • Alcoholic Beverages:
    • The client may provide their own wine, beer, champagne, & liquor
    • All alcoholic beverages must be served by TABC certified bartenders and must be in compliance with all applicable laws
    • Bartenders must be covered by liability insurance
    • No beer kegs, cash bars, or self-service of alcohol allowed
    • The Ballroom has a built-in bar area with two coolers available for beverage service located in the back of the ballroom next to the kitchen
  • Food Service:
    • Special Day Events, Inc. allows only caterers that are listed on our preferred vendor list in our facility
    • The Ballroom has a kitchen staging area for the food service provider to use, which includes a commercial dishwasher, microwave, and 400 pound ice machine
  • Security:
    • Special Day Events, Inc. requires 1 Dallas Police Officer on site for all social events
    • Payment is due 30 days before the event
